Well, it had nothing to do with financial institutions or land or timelines, it simply made me think of the problems that several hair salon proprietors have with customers and some staff members as well; you know what I’m discussing, no-show clients, late for visit customers, staff member not toeing the line, lateness, slowness, conceit … well you know what I’m speaking about, yet there is a difference – as well as it’s that difference that I’m speaking about.
